Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uploads to or uses Fileservice ("the Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to upload, share, or link to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
Sexual content shared without the consent of the people in it, including non-consensual intimate images.
Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or any file designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Content that is illegal where you live, where we operate, or where it is accessed.
Content that threatens, harasses, or incites violence against any person or group, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
Other people's private or sensitive information shared without permission, such as home addresses, government IDs, financial account details, or private records.
Phishing, scams, fraud, or anything meant to deceive people into giving up money or information.

You also may not:

Bypass, test, or interfere with the Service's security, limits, or file-type restrictions.
Use automated tools to upload or download in bulk, or place excessive load on the Service.
Use the Service as a content delivery network, image or asset host for a website or app, or other high-volume public hosting.
Use the Service in a way that breaks any law or harms others.

Enforcement

We do not monitor files in advance, but we may remove any file, disable any link, block any person or network, and report violations and related information to authorities, at any time and without notice. Violations may also lead to legal action.
