1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Manyknowns ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Fileservice at fileservice.twnty.top (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Copyright & Reports page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. The Service
The Service lets you upload a file and receive a link you can share. There are no accounts. We do not review, screen, or monitor files before or after they are uploaded, and we do not endorse any file or any person who uploads or downloads one.
4. Your files and your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for every file you upload and for how you share the links to it.
- You confirm that you own the file or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, and that doing so does not violate any law or anyone else's rights.
- You keep ownership of your files. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and deliver your files to people who have the link, only as needed to run the Service.
- Anyone who has a download link (and the password, if you set one) can access the file. Do not share links to files you want to keep private with people you do not trust.
- Download links, passwords, and manage links cannot be recovered if you lose them. The manage link is the only way to delete a file.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Uploading illegal or prohibited content, or abusing the Service, is a violation of these Terms.
6. Retention and deletion
Files stay available until you delete them using your manage link, unless we remove them earlier as described below. We do not guarantee that any file will be available at any time or for any length of time. We do not offer backups. Do not use the Service as the only copy of anything important.
7. Removal, blocking, and termination
We may remove any file, disable any link, block any person or network, or suspend or end the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes files we believe violate these Terms, the law, or the rights of others. We may also report illegal content and related information to law enforcement or other authorities.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY FILE WILL NOT BE LOST, CORRUPTED, OR ACCESSED BY OTHERS. YOU USE THE SERVICE, AND DOWNLOAD ANY FILE, AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANYKNOWNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED US$50. We are not responsible for files uploaded by others or for what anyone does with a file. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manyknowns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your files, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them at any time.
