This Privacy Policy explains what information Fileservice ("the Service"), operated by Manyknowns ("we", "us"), collects and how it is used. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Files you upload and basic information about them, such as file name, size, type, and when they were uploaded.
- Technical information when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time and nature of requests.
- Anything you send us, such as an email to legal@twnty.top.
There are no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment information to use the Service.
2. Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser's local storage keeps a list of your past uploads, including links to them, on your own device. We do not receive that list. Clearing your browser data removes it, so save your manage links somewhere safe.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To prevent abuse, including limiting how many uploads can be made from one network.
- To enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
- To respond to reports, legal requests, and questions.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the Service, who handle it under their own terms and policies.
- When required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to report illegal content.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
- As part of a sale, transfer, or shutdown of the Service.
Anyone who has a download link (and password, if set) can access the file behind it. That is how the Service works.
5. Third-party resources
Our pages load fonts, icons, and scripts from third-party providers (for example, Google Fonts). Those providers may receive your IP address and browser information when your browser loads them, under their own privacy policies.
6. Retention
Files stay until you delete them with your manage link or until we remove them. Technical information is kept only as long as needed for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the Service, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of any file or information.
8. Your choices
You can delete your files at any time using your manage link. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to ask about, access, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email legal@twnty.top and we will respond as required by law. Because there are no accounts, we may need a link or other details to find what you are asking about.
9. Children
The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email legal@twnty.top and we will delete it.
10. International users
The Service is operated in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Do Not Track
We do not track you across websites, so we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
