Fileservice ("the Service") does not review files before they are uploaded. If you believe a file on the Service infringes your copyright or otherwise violates our Acceptable Use Policy, tell us and we will look into it.
Copyright takedown requests
Email legal@twnty.top with the following:
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The full download link (URL) of each file you are reporting, so we can find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete requests may be delayed or not acted on. If a request is valid, we may remove the file or disable its link, usually without notice to the uploader, since there are no accounts and we may have no way to contact them.
Counter-notice
If a file you uploaded was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email legal@twnty.top with:
- The download link or file details so we can identify it.
- Your name and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the file was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Florida and will accept legal notices from the person who made the original request.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the file, or choose not to, at our discretion.
Repeat infringers
We may block people or networks who repeatedly upload infringing content.
False reports
Sending a request you know is false or misleading may make you legally liable for damages. Please make sure a file is actually infringing before you report it, and consider speaking to a lawyer if you are unsure.
Other reports
To report illegal content, abuse, or anything else that violates our policies, email legal@twnty.top with the download link and a short explanation. Reports involving child exploitation are forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
